Ingredients: 1 large piece of chicken breast about 11 ounces; 1 tbsp of soy sauce; 1 tbsp of water; 2 tbsp of cornstarch; 1/2 of egg white; 2 tbsp of oil to stir-fry the chicken; 2 cups of broccoli; some carrot slices; 2 tsp of cornstarch; 1 tsp of grated ginger; 1 tsp of grated garlic; 2 tbsp of soy sauce; 1 tbsp of oyster sauce; 1 tbsp of brown sugar; 1/2 tsp of white pepper can also use black pepper; 1/2 cup of chicken stock

I haven't much success with Chicken and Broccoli before trying this recipe. Don't skip marinade step as tenderizes the meat. I steamed the broccoli first, so I can sear in the pan quickly. I also used a regular non-stick pan, but I'm sure a Wok will be even better.
